Barre&Baby - 9.30am

Barre&Baby classes allow you time to enjoy dancing while keeping your baby close to you. Strengthen, lengthen and align in these beautiful movement classes for new parents.

Lessons focus on building awareness of alignment, strength and stability through the pelvis and spine, and promoting a sense of wellbeing and connection.

Baby-wearing is a feature of this class. No ballet experience is necessary.

Silver Swans - 10.30am

Silver Swans® classes have been specifically designed for the over-55s. The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) developed this programme based on research into dance practice for older learners, and classes are taught by Silver Swans Licensees.

This class is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to ballet or have danced before. Join our friendly, welcoming class, and discover the joy of learning ballet!
