Sing and Sign

Sing and Sign is Britain's longest running baby signing class. Developed with the help of speech and language professionals, recommended by experts, Sing and Sign is loved by parents and babies across the country.  

What is baby signing?  Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Encouraging your baby with extra signs, like more, milk, change nappy or tired, will help your baby to communicate. Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because we make it fun to learn. Your baby will recognise important words sooner and can use signs to "talk" to you before speech.

Sing and Sign Babes 

This 5 week course is suitable from birth up to 6 months.  Babes is a gentle music and sensory class with a strong emphasis on parent/child communication. We concentrate on the essentials such as good eye contact, repetition and anticipation. And, of course, some signs even at this very young age.

Sing and Sign Stage 1

This 10 week course is aimed at babies aged 6-14 months.  By the end of our Stage 1 course you will have learnt an amazing 100 signs! We include lots of useful signs relating to your baby's routine (like milk, nappy change and eat) along with lots of signs that motivate your baby, such as animals and vehicles, and we teach all of this through music, with lots of repetition to make learning fun and easy (for you both).
